Ingredients

150 g Rapunzel dates without stone Deglet Nour
1 clove of garlic
150 g sour cream
150 g cream cheese
1 tsp Harissa paste
or Sambal Olek
1 tsp curry powder
½ tsp Rapunzel sea salt

Method

Put all ingredients in a blender and let it stir until creamy. If dates are too hard, it is advisable to soak them in water beforehand (approx. 30 minutes).

Tip: The date dip can be wonderfully combined with fondue and tempura vegetables.
